SO im reading "the Family" by ed sanders. It talks about the porno that was filmed at 2600 Nicholas Canyon Road above the Malibu Hills. The neighbors saw them filming by the pool and called the owner Mrs. Gibson. She and her attorney went there and find a machette with blood on it. The Police told the woman that Manson used it during the filmaking to slash somebodys arm.
So did the Police see the video?? Has anyone here ever seen this video?? Or perhaps more info on to what went down. Man I would Love to see that video.

What page approx did you read this? I have that book.

I will get the exact page for you. Its about p120, some where. I remember the address on the bottom left hand side when I posted this yesterday. Scroll through the those pages, and keep a look out for that address. Also, in the map section at charliemanson.com they have the location marked.

What im wondering now is that if indeed this porno shoot was done in Malibu for sure. I googled the address and it is in the Hollywood hills that pertains to that address. There is a 2600 address and it has a big pool as well. I search malibu and the road is a different name theres 'nicholas ridge motorway' and 'nicholas flats road'. Does anybody have the answer im looking for??

Well, if you find out, let me know. I have heard of this story before but always assumed it was in reference to the B rate movies which were filled out at Spahn.

Alright so in "the family" by Ed sanders, he makes 2 references to this filming. First on Page 112 at the bottom he gives the address "2600 Nicholas canyon rd in the hills above Malibu". Now today I was reading on page 442 2/3s the way down it says "it was an old house on Nichols canyon where somebody got cut with a saber". Now the only thing closest to Nicholas rd in malibu is Nicholas Motorway rd. Which I think Ed sanders thought was the spot at first. Well theres no houses with pools anywhere along that road. Soooooo im assuming when he stated that was Nicholas canyon, it was misspelled when he tried to locate it, and the closest thing he came to was Nicholas Motorway rd. Then he unknowingly later on in the book corrected himself with Nichols Canyon. So I looked up the address and found it in the hollywood hills, close to the Tate house(makes more sense). Its a corner house And theres a pool. So I would bet the farm that it is the place where the family shot a Porno and Manson cut someones arm. Hey Ronnie B, now go get us some pics.

does it say in the book when it was filmed?

Funny thing is when I re-read pg 112 to find when this happened it says

"After a couple of weeks living at that mansion on Mulholland near Kanan, the family talked 82-year-old George Spahn into letting them return to live at the Spahn movie ranch."

So now I have to look along Mulholland for a Nicholas canyon. It may have been renamed. The house in the Hollywood hills is Not a mansion. Big house, but not a mansion. I will look more into it today.

This happen when they left the Gresham house to live in the mansion that Joey C. (satans Slaves) had been staying at. He was the one who told Charlie that the mansion was empty. So they packed up and stayed there before going back to spahn.

Im starting to think this place IS in Malibu hills now. So Ronnie B, dont go yet.

Theres a part in the book where Joey says it a ten room house in the Augora hills area overlooking Malibu. I will investigate more today via Google maps. After this I will look for the "Moon fire Ranch" in the Topanga hills.
